Chris is back from an incredibly successful first year at Harvard Divinity School,


serving as Student Body President,


and by now having attained not only a summer chaplaincy at a nearby college, but a two-year pastoral position in a Boston Unitarian Church -- which will carry through academic endeavors and beyond.

switching to the latter device to capture a couple of practice pictures, and noting that, while power is low on the cellphone,


a few snaps can still be fired off.  Will have to deal with this tomorrow, of course, despite the general busyness of this season.  Return home to compose page 11 of Cristobal Colon, on what has proved to be another warm day locally (85th day of summerlike temperatures, high 91 -- 34th at 80-or-better, 11th 90+) -- although considerably milder elsewhere: to wit, San Rafael, 78; San Francisco, 70; and Berkeley, a downright chilly 66...
