November 6 - Take Off

Here

we

go

again,

first

down

the 80 corridor in early morning madness to

Oakland International,

then

up

above Diablo,

the Sierra Foothills,

Desolation Wilderness,

Lake Tahoe,

clouds parting again over the Great Salt Lake Desert,

Cedar /

Stansbury /

Oquirhh

Mountains,

Toelle and

Utah Valleys,

to the

Wasatch Front.

A

brief

respite

as

the

rays

recline,

then

eventually-

inevitably-

veritably

aloft again into the spectacular spectral showcase,

it's lights intense

over the

Jordan

River [!],

Antelope and

Fremont Islands,

the Promontory Range, Ben Lomond [!!], Mt. Ogden,

Weber Canyon,

Morgan, Trapper's Loop,

Pineview Reservoir, Brigham City out / back into the stratus et al,

illumined once more near a second touchdown in

Philadelphia,

for a late-night rendezvous with Bette and George.  And goodbye 234th day of summer (high 77), hello highs of 61 and 55, respectively in the touchdown cities of Utah and Pennsylvania...
