Sonoma
to
Marin for a
dental appointment,
then
southwest
to the postbox and
errands,
and
north
to
Novato
Toyota for standard maintainance
(paper-grading at
Chevy's),
followed by
Rowland to
Novato Boulevards, detouring across town to Atherton, back west,
past the Giant Laurels and
Stafford Lake,
with
incredible
grave-
going
towards
usually
very
rural
Hicks
Valley,
north
on
Point
Reyes /
Road,
more detours in Sonoma,
finally
back on
101 North,
12 East past Flamingo
to
areas
once-more
semi-rural. Upon conclusion of our cordial get-together,
home via Calistoga and
Napa to compose page 7 of Sex and the Species on the 127th day of summer, high 87 (77th of 80+)... all auspicious... Very late, feeling in singularly poor health, call Harriet and email John Browning, Doug Michael, and Erling Wold. Twice contemplate going to emergency, but the first time settle on walking to the local Urgent Care (not so intensive-ready, as they are closed after hours), and second, drive towards over-the-counter-remedies to a store which, turns out, offers breaded scallops and clams (the former never heretofore discovered in the local area). Clearly, even contemplating such matters seems to imply a constitutional change re-improvement, and, somehow, situation subsides and sleep is achieved. Definitely a concern, however....
